A century of traditions

Almost a century ago, the company Marcotty from the Condroz area developed their family know-how to specialise in the production of tasty cured meats.

Since then, four generations have handed over the well-kept production secrets to carry on the art of their ancestors.

In 1987 these local products were given their current designation : “La Salaison du Condroz”.

Today the constant quest for quality and the respect for ancient traditions remain the major priority for our team of specialists.
